The project follows the following scheme:

1.Volunteer’s engagement
2.Shipment of the sampling tubes to volunteers
3.Recovery of the water samples and their filtration in the laboratory
4.Filter’s analysis through microscopy at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, San Diego
5.Images uploaded on Cloud
6.Filter’s count by students in Italy
